Le Mirage Residences, a 33-storey building by CityBlue Hotels and SMB Properties, is Westlands’ next notable high-rise hotel residence. Announced at the Future Hospitality Summit Africa in 2025, the project adds to the growing number of new luxury hotel residences in the area.
Key facts about Le Mirage Residences:
Location: Situated along Parklands Road, it will become the second-tallest building in Westlands, after the 35-floor JW Marriott at the Global Trade Centre (GTC) complex.
Height: The 33-storey structure will feature 256 serviced apartments, including one, two, and three-bedroom units.
Amenities: It will offer over 52,000 square feet of recreational facilities, including a gym, spa, and a rooftop pool with panoramic city views.
Construction: Completion is scheduled for the last quarter of 2027.
